Monthly mortgage payments from HFH homeowners provide a revolving fund that is used to help build houses for other qualified families. We depend on the generosity of donors, corporate sponsors, tradespeople and volunteers and the cooperation of Southampton and East Hampton town officials to minimize construction costs and carry out our mission. We also welcome donated land, materials, services and labor. We are always looking for community-based volunteers as well. Volunteers aid the community in various ways.
